I don't do everything. What I do very well is IT strategy and design, and then deliver it, or what you may have already planned.
I do this paying attention to the detail, ensuring all the business
benefits, in the business case ( which I can write for you) are harvested as the programme of work is delivered.
I don't talk and then fail to document, I don't blame the other
vendor(s), I don't present you with unexpected overruns and
I definitely don't fail to make delivery timescales.
I do communicate with all stakeholders to set expectations,
understand needs and keep lines of communication open.
I do ensure I follow your existing corporate delivery guidelines, including change-management. And finally, I absolutely add to the value proposition by ensuring I "innovate as we progress", ensuring more benefits for your budget.
